Our Head Chef and Owner
Our head chef and owner, Louis, is a man of few words who would rather let his food do the talking. Louis expresses himself through his food and holds himself to exceptionally high culinary standards.
Louis studied at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Stellenbosch and has worked for many years at fine restaurants in Franschhoek such as Le Bon Vivant and La Motte. He has even worked a stint at Arugla Bistro during the time of its previous ownership.
